Earlier in the month, Eco Brixs celebrated its 6th Birthday! To mark the milestone, we've shared our latest Impact Report, reflecting on the difference we've made in Uganda over the past year. Some of the highlights include:
Our Recycling Factory is now recycling 4 times more plastic
Over 3,000 marginalised people benefit from the project, including young people, women and people with disabilities
The production of 18 innovative Eco-Products, including lumber, pavers, furniture, boats and more!
The establishment of The Uganda Recycling Association, the country's first-ever unionised recycling body!
Our education programme has reached over 25,000 youths and now includes a university internship scheme.
Our Collection network now operates over two districts, Masaka and Kalangala, with plans in 2024 to expand further across Southern Uganda!
