We're now recruiting for 2-3 new trustee roles at Eco Brixs UK, with each trustee role focusing on one of the following areas:
Legal expertise
Marketing
Human Resouce
We’ve grown considerably over the last 12 months and to support our expansion we need experience in these areas in order to continue growing to become one of the leading recycling organisations in East Africa.
(Note: if you have experience across two of these areas (eg. law and HR), we’d love to hear from you - we’d certainly consider rolling two of the areas into one trustee role - please specify this in your application!)
Legal Trustee
As our expert in legal issues, you’ll be in a leadership position for Eco Brixs, responsible for ensuring the organisation is compliant with relevant legislation within the charity sector. This will be a chance to shape crucial aspects of the charity as it scales up, ensuring it has a solid foundation to grow from.
To fill this role, we’re looking for an individual with legal experience who is passionate about the environment and international development. Previous experience of being a trustee and/or scaling up a start-up charity would be an added bonus!
Marketing Trustee
As our expert in marketing, you’ll be in a leadership position for Eco Brixs, helping the organisation to promote its environmental and community impact to the outside world! Eco Brixs is achieving a lot, and alongside the current marketing team, we need the guidance of a seasoned marketeer to help us reach the next level!
To fill this role, we’re looking for an individual with marketing experience, both in traditional and digital methods, who is passionate about the environment and international development. Previous experience of being a trustee and/or scaling up a start-up charity would be an added bonus!
Human Resource Trustee
As our expert in human resource management, you’ll be in a leadership position for Eco Brixs, responsible for ensuring the organisation is compliant with relevant HR policies and processes. This will be a chance to shape crucial aspects of the charity as it scales up, ensuring it’s working with its team members in the best possible way!
To fill this role, we’re looking for an individual with HR experience who is passionate about the environment and international development. Previous experience of being a trustee and/or scaling up a start-up charity would be an added bonus!
